Production Time

Amarilo is proud to deliver effortless style without compromising quality. By hand-selecting high-quality conflict-free materials and honoring the experience of third-generation jewelers in Downtown Los Angeles, each Amarilo piece is meticulously handmade to not only be worn now but years to come. Due to this intricate process, all pieces are made-to-order and have a production time of 4 to 6 weeks, excluding the Ready-to-Ship Collection, which currently carries a 1 to 2 week fulfillment time. 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or Facebook. This email confirms that your order has been received and has been sent into production. As soon as your order has finished production, you will receive a second email with a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

  

Domestic Shipping:

USPS Priority Mail - 1 to 3 Business Day Transit

Please Note: These delivery timeframes do not include the production time mentioned above and only cover time in transit. If your order is time sensitive, please email us at info@amarilojewelry.com so we can further assist in expediting your order if possible.

International Shipping:

DHL Express - 1 to 6 Day Transit 

Please Note: Shipping rates are calculated on the basis of destination. All additional taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do however do our best to minimize your costs upon arrival to your country. Jewelry Warranty:

Edit: AS OF JUNE 7, 2022, our jewelry warranty is no longer covered as we are closing our business and will be unable to assist after July 7th. If you have any repairs or exchanges for orders placed prior to June 7th, please direct an email to Info@amarilojewelry.com before July 7, 2022. 

All Amarilo designs are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, and this is only covered by products purchased direct from our site.  

Returns, Repairs, and Exchanges:

EDIT: AS OF JUNE 7, 2022, any order placed AFTER June 7, 2022 are considered final sale. Under no circumstance are returns, exchanges, nor repairs are permitted.

For orders placed prior to June 6, 2022, please direct an email to Info@amarilojewelry.com before July 7, 2022. Any correspondence after will not be honored as our business is closing. 

Returns are not permitted. All sales and promotions are final and we do not make any adjustments on pricing.

Exchanges are permitted within fourteen days based on delivery date. If you have received a product that has a manufacturing error within 14 days of received piece (ie, broken clasp, loose earring backing), we will exchange the piece at no additional fee. If you jewelry has some tarnishing, that can happen during transit, and you can clean it at home using the following guide

Repairs: Our jewelry is solid gold and made to wear everyday, but being delicate in nature, we completely understand that life and accidents happen. We will repair a reasonable repair at no additional cost the first time within a year of purchase. A reasonable repair can be the following, but not limited to a snagged chain, a broken chain, a broken clasp, a broken jump ring, a missing stone. We do not cover replacing or repairing loss of product or denting. Amarilo Jewelry reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs and exchanges. 

Repairs or exchanges must be approved prior to shipping, as we are not responsible for lost packages nor will guarantee a repair.  Please contact info@amarilojewelry.com for approval. You must ship the piece for exchange before we can process a repair, exchange, or return. 

Please note that the repair process may take up to 5 weeks after delivery to our Headquarters.
